Designated 1 day early in January for low count. It was slightly difficult in the afternoon, because I had been foraging for extra every now and then during Nov and Dec. After that, resumption of appropriate intake was easy and automatic. Lost 2 pounds. Still carrying approximately 6 more fat pounds that seem to create some discomfort. Should whittle off naturally!
